Mashed vegetables with cheese

Composition
Choose fresh vegetables;
A carrot, leek, potato;
A handful of green vegetables spinach;
A little parsley;
50 g cheese;
Salt;
Water;
Butter or oil.
Preparation
Peel the vegetables;
Wash vegetables thoroughly;
To cook in water or steam;
Crush after cooking using vegetable broth with a fork or food mill;
Grate cheese;
Add grated cheese to mashed vegetables and mix well;
Add a small piece of fresh butter or a teaspoon of oil, preferably olive oil and salt at the end of preparation.
Realize
The amount of vegetable broth will be important for a tablespoon (liquid mixture). Gradually, as your child grows, the volume decreases until a puree of vegetables. |
