| A diet that contains different types of food in sufficient quantity, makes a good weight for your baby. Diet contributes to diversify your baby's development in several areas:
Sensory: Color, taste, smell, texture of foods.
Motor Development: By manipulating and chewing food, learning to eat with a spoon and drinking from a cup or using a glass.

From 6 months
Once your baby is accustomed to vegetable soup, add 30 g of cooked minced meat or pieces of fish (whiting, sole) or whites or ¼ chicken egg yolk. To avoid rejection of your baby, add to vegetable soup gravy. And if your baby refuses the spoon, you can make the soup thick in the bottle extending the nipple.
o Serve bottle half and half with a spoon. o Complete this meal with a raw banana or crushed baked apple.
From 7-8 months
Your baby still needs breast or milk. You can give the liver instead of meat, fish or chicken and gradually increase the amount of yolk. In the afternoon, give your baby a milk porridge or a biscuit crushed in milk. In the evening, give your baby a soup, boiled rice, pasta and yoghurt.
